14-day returns policy.

Returned orders will incur a 5% restocking fee.

This fee will increase to 20% if returned beyond this 14-day window, with the exception of damaged goods which require no extra charge.

Cancelled orders will incur a 5% handling fee if not yet shipped.

It is entirely the customer's responsibility to pay for re-shipping if dissatisfied with or wishing to exchange a product.

Orders shipped Monday to Friday, 9am - 9pm.

Please note that orders beyond 9pm Fridays will be shipped the following week.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
